Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Yatra City. By engaging our services, you (the "Client" or "B2B Partner") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Yatra City provides travel consultancy, including visa documentation assistance, submission services (specifically for China, Schengen, and Oceania), and tour package bookings. We act as an intermediary between the traveler and the respective Embassies/Consulates or service providers.

2. Visa Processing & Decisions

  • Approval Authority: Yatra City does not have the authority to grant visas. The final decision rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.

  • Processing Time: All processing times provided are estimates based on past experience. Yatra City is not liable for delays caused by embassy backlogs, technical errors, or additional document requests.

  • Documentation: It is the client's responsibility to provide authentic and accurate documents. Any rejection due to forged or incorrect information is the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Payments and B2B Rates

  • Service Fees: Our service fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted to the embassy, regardless of the visa outcome.

  • B2B Rates: Special rates provided to partner agencies are confidential and must not be disclosed to end-consumers.

  • Price Fluctuations: Embassy fees and exchange rates are subject to change without notice. Any such increases must be borne by the client.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Visa Services: Once documents are picked up or the process is initiated, service charges are non-refundable.

  • Tour Packages: Cancellation policies for hotels (3-star as per package) and flights are governed by the specific providers. Yatra City will charge a standard processing fee for handling cancellations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Yatra City shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa rejections or delays.

  • Loss of documents in transit by third-party couriers (though we take utmost care).

  • Changes in travel regulations or entry requirements by foreign governments.

  • Financial losses incurred due to flight or hotel bookings made prior to visa approval.

6. Client Obligations

Clients must ensure that their passports have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel and contain sufficient blank pages. It is the client's responsibility to check their visa for any errors immediately upon receipt.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
